A Unique Venue

Cloverly Ranch, established in 1885, is the most exclusive and enchanted venue for weddings and private events in the Sun Valley area. Located in the heart of the Wood River Valley, it is 10 minutes from both Ketchum and the Hailey regional airport. The estate is owned by a private family and has never before been offered for public use. The pristine pastures and grounds run right to the edge of the Big Wood River and offer a rustic and peaceful backdrop without disrupting its quintessentially rural location.

A Historic Homestead

The original homestead consisted of 1000 acres and was land granted to Rev. Osborn, more than 135 years ago to be specifically used for religious services and weddings. Cloverly Ranch, named for its abundance of clover covering its lush pastures, has been home to only three families. In 1941 the ranch was turned into a working horse ranch, which remains in use today. Throughout the property, you’ll not only encounter beautiful horses, but you’ll likely see the resident herd of 100 elk that have made the grounds their home along with many other wildlife species including deer, coyotes, fox, and an occasional moose.

Facilities

The property is anchored by the original ranch house which has been renovated and has commanding views of the property. There is also the fully renovated original horse barn, a new horse barn with a deluxe two bedroom guest house above, a hay barn, and an arena. The property is surrounded by fully irrigated pastures and large stands of aspen trees.

Host your event in one of the existing structures or set up a tent in one of the lush pastures for expansive guest lists. The property is large and spacious and can easily handle hundreds of guests with adequate parking. You will not find a more exceptional or exclusive property anywhere within the Wood River Valley.
